What you will need:

2 cups whole-wheat or brown rice  flour

1 tbsp. activated  charcoal (you can find at a pet store or any health food store)

1/2 cup chopped fresh  mint

1/2 cup chopped fresh  parsley

Stir in the egg and oil and mix well.

Add the milk and mix well. You may find it easier to mix the batter with your  hands instead of a spoon.

Stir in the mint and parsley.

Drop tablespoonfuls approximately 1 inch apart on the baking  sheet.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool thoroughly and refrigerate in the airtight  container.
