Potato Salad with Dill and Lemon Dressing
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 455g potatoes
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 lemon
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
How to prepare the potato salad with dill
1. Peel and cut the potatoes in 2,5 cm slices and boil the them in water with salt. Drain the water and put the potatoes in a serving bowl.
2. Chop the dill and sprinkle it over the potatoes.
3. Put 3 parts olive oil and1 part lemon juice in a jar with lid, add a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper. Put the lid on and shake.
How to serve
Pour the dressing over the salad. Serve immediately
