1 tsp corn syrup
1 Tbs chocolate sprinkles
1 scoop espresso (or coffee) ice cream
1.5 oz Kahlua
Champagne (about 1/8 cup)

Last summer I hosted some small get-togethers and I would do searches on the internet looking for new and yummy adult beverages to share with my guests… This one is yummy!
Everyone likes new drink ideas, right?
Choose your favorite espresso/coffee ice cream brand.
Kahlua and dry champagne create a creamy and frothy cocktail that is totally reminds you of a float. The chocolate rim is a great compliment to the coffee and who doesn’t like chocolate?
For the candy rim:
In a small dish, pour the tsp of corn syrup, gently roll the rim of a champagne glass into the corn syrup.
Dip the corn syrup rim into the chocolate sprinkles and coat the rim.
Take the leftover sprinkles (about 1 tsp) and pour them into the bottom of the champagne glass.
Place a scoop of ice cream into the glass.
Pour the Kahlua over the ice cream.
Complete with your favorite dry champagne!
